WHEN DO WE PRACTICE?
Tikes & Spikes will only meet on Saturday mornings. The sessions will be run by a program director and a team of helpers. Parent involvement is strongly encouraged.
Division 1 will only meet on Saturday mornings. A 15-to-20-minute practice will be held before each game.
Divisions 2-5 will practice outside of their Saturday game. Each coach will choose a practice location, day and time. Coaches will reach out to players to give updated practice information. Practices officially start a week before the first game.

Do i need to be certified to be a referee?
No, the only thing we require is that you have knowledge of the game. See Rules in the Coach section of this website. Please contact Jamie Otter if you are interested in becoming a soccer referee.

I'm new at this... what equipment do I need?
Tikes n Spikes - All players should have a ball (size 3). Shin guards and cleats are strongly recommended but not required, (shin guard should be worn under the socks).

i haven't heard from my coach. What next?
Games begin the first Saturday in August with practices beginning the week before the first game. We understand that everyone is anxious to get their kids on the pitch, and we are doing everything we can to make the beginning of the season as smooth as possible. If you have not heard from your coach a week before the season starts, please reach out to one of the soccer supervisors:

the weather conditions don't look good. will games be cancelled?
The Soccer Director/Supervisor has the authority to postpone any or all scheduled games due to unusual conditions (extreme weather conditions, etc.)
